The qualified prospective operator becomes entitled to become an operator by attending training program provided by Tab Gıda. The Licensee may be an operator or perform the management of the restaurant through an operator to be appointed.
Our operators are provided with intense support services such as advertising, marketing, procurement, logistics, training, human resources, operations and quality control throughout the preparations to open the restaurant and starting from the first day that the restaurant is opened.
We will bring our Usta Dönerci® trademark with investors as of 2016. The cost of investment starts from USD 250.000 + VAT though for Usta Dönerci.The restaurant operation periods granted to the franchisee by TAB Gıda is 10 years for Usta Dönerci Usta Dönerci®. Thanks to the license granted, the licensee is entitled to operate in the restaurant owned and under the relevant trademark. 10% royalty is collected based on the net turnover.
Yaya ve araç trafiğinin yoğun olduğu bölgeler, alışveriş merkezleri, sinema, okul, dershane yakınları, fast food işletmeciliğine uygun ana arterler restoran açılacak mekanda aranan özellikler arasındadır.
The location, where the restaurant is to be opened, shall be approved by the officials of Tab Gıda and shall be leased.
Workplace should be on the ground floor. Ground floor should have minimum area of 120 m2 and total enclosed area of minimum 300 m2. The width of the front facade should be minimum 6.5 m and the ceiling height for each floor should be minimum 2.90 m. FFor our restaurants included in our Food Courts, an area 120 m2 shall suffice including storages
